2016

On December 14, 15 and 16th of 2016 Optum hosted a training regarding Recovery and Resiliency and how it relates to a member’s engagement and activation. The training covered Recovery and Resiliency and how it impacts a member’s engagement in services and how it activates them to take more responsibility in their own care. 2015
